The chairman, Rivers State chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Bro Felix Obuah has emerged the new Chairman of Inter Party Advisory Council, IPAC, in the State.

Bro Obuah overwhelmingly defeated all his challengers, including candidate of the All Progressives Congress to emerge new IPAC Boss, a position that was before the election, occupied by the State Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Mr Davies Ikanya.

Speaking shortly after the election, the new Inter Party Advisory Council Chairman, Bro Felix Obuah urged all political Parties in the State to support the Governor of the State, His Excellency Barr Nyesom Wike to move the State to the next level.

He promised to run an all inclusive leadership.

Meanwhile, the State chapter of the PDP has congratulated its chairman on his election as the new State chairman of the Inter Party Advisory Council, and umbrella body of all registered political parties in the State.

According to a statement signed by Jerry Needam, Special Adviser on Media and Publicity to the PDP Chairman, the Party described the victory of Bro Felix Obuah as well deserved and dividend of the good works of Governor Nyesom Wike in 100 days in office.
