One of Africa’s most popular musicians, 2face Idibia is celebrating his 40th birthday today, September 18th.

Mr. Idibia got married to his long time girlfriend Annie in May, 2012. Before the wedding, The singer had different affairs with fleet of ladies, which made him become a father to seven kids, five of them outside marriage.

Proud mother, Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde couldn’t wait to share the joy of her second daughter’s admission to University.

Although she stopped short of naming the particular school, the tone of joy could not be missed in the latest instagram update from the mother of four.

Music star and legend, Tuface Idibia who turned 40 yesterday has been receiving loads of birthday gifts and lovely messages from friends and family.

Apart from the star studded birthday party get-together hosted by the Nigerian Red Cross, in Yaba Lagos, the music legend also received a gift from famous Malivelihood, Michael Awujoola.

Malivelihood, who is known for splashing expensive gifts on celebrities and government officials, has customized a $27, 850 (N5, 570,000) Hublot big bang classic Fusion 18k Rose Gold White Dial with the inscription “Fortyfied” design on it.

The wristwatch was also accompanied with an alligator leather strap 45MM and a sapphire glass. Also a customized Iphone6 gold phone case was attached.

Comedian Basketmouth has just disclosed he and Sean Tizzle are no longer on good terms, stating that Sean is not a grateful person.

While speaking on HipTv’s StreetHop, Basket Mouth said he got Sean Tizzle, three mouth-watering shows in December 2014 alone, but when he invited him for his own gig few months later, Sean Tizzle demanded he must pay.
Hear him;

‘I called on Sean Tizzle and he was charging me a certain amount of money, I didn’t know if it was him or his management that charged me, but I don’t care, I had to tell my team to blacklist his name on any of my shows’, he said.

He also exalted Olamide for being a good guy and putting their relationship first before money.
On Olamide;

‘I called on Olamide who’s even a more buzzing act, and he said I can pay him anything I feel like, and he didn’t even ask of his money until way after the show before I paid him,’ he said.

I Made My First Million In 1995 – Ali Baba

Veteran comedian, Ali Baba has just revealed he made his first million back in 1995. The stand-up comedy legend revealed this during a mentoring session with young artistes, tagged Stage1Project Boot camp and organized by Nuffnoiz Entertainment.

According to him,

“In 1995, I got N1.6 million as my first cheque while Fela was paid N500, 000 then. By the time I got that money everybody around me was earning far less than I was.

Ras Kimono earned N150, 000 while the biggest musicians at the time were paid around N300, 000. I did not show off because of this. In fact, I was still buying second hand jeans from Yaba at that time. I was already living in Lekki in 1998.”
