I will appear before Code of Conduct Tribunal Tuesday, the embattled Senate President, Bukola Saraki has said. He explained that his failure to honour the invitation today was based on legal advise.
The decision of Saraki, the Senate President told newsmen in Abuja that he has nothing to hide. "I believe in process", he said.
His lawyer, Joseph Daoudu SAN had told Justice Umar that his client is challenging the constitution of the CCT which has two members instead of three.
The judge of CCT, Justice Danladi Umar had earlier ruled that Saraki should be forcefully be brought before him on Tuesday.
