Beware Of APC’s Mischievous Allegations Against PDP Of Gunning After Tribunal Witnesses – PDP

The provocative, inciting and insidious media reports particularly on the social media with all manner of pseudo names and blogs are aimed at nothing but to antagonize and malign the ruling Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in Rivers State and H/E, Governor Nyesom Wike.

Most mischievous, the State PDP Chairman, Bro Felix Obuah has lamented, is the false, baseless and unfounded allegation against Gov Wike of sponsoring two honourable members of the State House of Assembly, Messrs Tonye Smart Adoki and Martins Manna whom the satanic media pirates described as ex-militants to haunt the witnesses for the All Progressives Congress, APC so as to cow them from testifying at the ongoing governorship election petitions tribunal, a hype the PDP’s accusers could not defend or provide any verifiable proof when challenged by the State PDP chairman, Bro Felix Obuah.

According to the State PDP chairman, the Party remains unruffled because such unintelligible falsehood and propaganda are lame and can never stand the all shattering force of truth just as the doctored report of purported violence during the last general elections in the State by the inconsequential Chidi Odinkalu was dismissed with equanimity.

The PDP in the light of all this deliberate ploy and brigandage by the APC wants the unsuspecting Rivers people and residents alike to discountenance the unfounded media reports and keep faith with the New Rivers Vision which Governor Nyesom Wike represents as can be seen and felt from his landmark achievements in only three months in office.

“Gov Wike, we wish to say for the umpteenth time can never fall prey to the APC’s cheap and evil machinations as he has never and will never be party to the falsehood that can only come from the pit of hell.

Furthermore, both Hon Tonye Smart Adoki and Hon Martins Manna of the State hallowed chamber are responsible and illustrious sons of Rivers State whose characters remain impeccable and too precious to be stained by these agents of the devil.

May it also be stated for the records that none of the devices of the APC aimed at blackmailing the PDP and Governor Wike and his supporters will deter justice as they are fully aware that they are faced with imminent defeat at the tribunal.

Therefore, if by any means any innocent person is harmed in the circumstance, the APC in Rivers State and their leaders should be held responsible because the PDP-led government in the State will continue to promote peace and development of the entire State”, the Rivers State PDP chair declared.
