Ministerial List: Another Unfulfilled Promise By Buhari by Chukwuma

The Buhari government had two months to prepare for his govt before the inauguration on 29 May but the time was used for something else. By the time the government took off, blame game began with his predecessor in office, President Goodluck Jonathan at the receiving end. How could a clueless predeccesor be delaying the smooth take-off of the government of the most powerful man on the continent? But the reality is the party did not dream of winning the poll instead, they were warming up for a post election crises but God intervened. There was no need for the weapon of the mass destruction but the new government could not take off, despite. Not even the leadership of the National Assembly could be ressolved amicably hence why the Assets declarations made 10 years ago has become a tool to deal with an ambitious senate president. The election of Bukola Saraki remains a tug of war among the APC chieftains and when they promised us that the cabinet would be ready before September ends, not a few believed the joke but a moment ago, the Senate rose up from its sitting with Dino Melaye saying the ministerial list has not arrived from the Presidential Villa. Buhari has described politicians dreaming of making the list as noise makers and he promised to give us the first angelic cabinet that is free of corrupt people. This has already given him an alibi to justify his reasons for not include your name if it is not found there. Whatever you want to know about how this government would be run is disclosed abroad to foreign media. Who says we are not changing? CHANGE is here indeed.
John Chukuma sends this piece from Abuja.
