PGF to Set Legislative Agenda for Implementing APC Change Promise

ABUJA, September 9, 2015

The secretariat of the Progressive Governors Forum (PGF) is set to hold a Legislative parley scheduled for September 14-16, 2015 in Katsina State.

This agenda setting parley will discuss issues around three (3) broad topics;

(i)        The History & Spirit of APC Manifesto: an Introduction to the Change Agenda;

(ii)       The Legislature and Good Governance; and

(iii)      Winning Women Over: Opportunities for the Legislature.

The parley will bring together, members of the PGF Legislative Program, Speakers of the 22 APC State Houses of Assembly and APC Principal Officers of the National Assembly.

The overall objective of the parley is to facilitate the development of synergy and common legislative benchmarks in all APC states and National Assembly.
