[VIDEO] Eedris Abdulkareem Accuses Obasanjo Of Stealing, Calls Buhari A Murderer Posted: 19 Oct 2015 07:00 AM PDT Veteran rapper and radicalist, Eedris Abdulkareem is still at war with former Nigerian president, Olusegun Obasanjo. The singer while performing at the just concluded Felabration 2015, had a go at the Owu, Ogun State born politician. While performing he paused midway to say this, “Some people think say we dey craze because we dey here dey celebrate Fela. We no fit celebrate Obasanjo because them be thief. No be so? I say no be so? 1976, na Buhari kill Fela. Na the same old people dey rule us. Fire born them,” fired Eedris Abdulkareem. The rapper also went on to give a tribute performance in honour of the late Fela Anikulapo-Kuti. Watch the video below:

[PHOTO] I Was Attacked By Robbers In Enugu – Yul Edochie Posted: 19 Oct 2015 03:40 AM PDT Popular actor, Yul Edochie has revealed he was lucky to have escaped with his life on October 16, 2015 after he was attacked by armed robbers in Enugu State. Son of veteran actor, Pete Edochie, Yul was in Enugu for a movie shoot and was relaxing in his hotel room when the armed robbers stormed the inn. Narrating his ordeal on Instagram, he said, ‘This really happened. I was attacked by armed robbers on Friday night in Enugu while I was relaxing in my hotel premises after the day’s shoot’. He however escaped but injured himself in the process. In his words, ‘Luckily I escaped but unfortunately I crashed into a glass door as I was running for dear life and sustained this cut on my ear and a few bruises. Not a funny experience at all. I’m back to Lagos to run a full scan to be sure all is well inside. I thank God for His protection’.

Nollywood Lacks Ethics And Discipline – Angela Phillips Posted: 19 Oct 2015 01:00 AM PDT Veteran Nollywood actress, Angela Phillips in a recent interview has revealed the current state of the Nigerian movie industry, Nollywood, lacks ethics and discipline. Angela who kicked off her acting career with a role in popular soap, Behind The Cloud told Vanguard Newspaper that unlike when she started out, the movie industry now lack ethics and discipline. She said, “I don’t even understand them at all. Unlike those days when we got into the industry, there was discipline, strictness and ethics,” she said. The actress, also fired shots at upcoming actresses who claim they are sexually harassed saying many of the upcoming actresses go to auditions almost half naked and are willing to do anything just to get a role.
