Kano
state governor, Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje on Sunday night, visited the
state PDP Chairman, Alhaji Rabi’u Dansharu Kiru, who is at present
receiving medical attention at Aminu Kano Teaching Hospital in the state
capital, for an undisclosed illness.
The
governor, who was accompanied by the Speaker of the State House of
Assembly, Alhaji Kabiru Alasan Rurum and the Commissioner for Health,
Dr. Kabiru Getso, was received at the hospital by the former Speaker of
the State House of Assembly, Alhaji Gambo Sallau.
Governor
Ganduje, who expressed sympathy to Alhaji Rabi’u Dansharu expressed
gratitude to Allah that the patient is responding to treatment.
Responding, the ailing PDP chairman, Alhaji Rabi’u Dansharu Kiru thanked the governor for the concern about his well being.
The
former Speaker of the state House of Assembly and stalwart of the PDP
in Kano, Alhaji Gambo Sallau commended Gov. Ganduje for his compassion
and liberalism.
