Who are the professional handlers of Buhari' speech?

President Muhammadu Buhari talks too much and contradicts himself often. While in the United States recently, he told the whole world that about one million barrels of crude oil are stolen daily but when he returned to Nigeria, the figure became  250,000!
In Nigeria, he promised his government would not discriminate against those who did not vote for him but in the US. he said he would not treat those who gave him 97% support and those who gave him 3% equally?
Buhari told us that his government would not recognize the office of the First Lady but his wife seemed not to have heard him.
Buhari promised that terrorism would end in July, we are in the month of August yet the magic wand is still missing!  
Somebody needs to tell the President that we are fed up with his daily accusation of the PDP, what plan has he for the office he contested for in the last 15 years before winning it or his blueprint has been eaten by the rats?Once the election is over, the winner begins implementation of his campaign promises.
