Few weeks ago, the Head coach of
the Super Eagles, Sunday Oliseh, was reported to have been receiving
medical care outside the country for an unknown illness and now reports
are in that the former super Eagles midfielder has fully recovered.
According to Oliseh’s special
assistant, Tijjani Babangida, the coach who reportedly contracted a
virus infection, looked a lot healthier when he received Super Eagles
in South Africa on Saturday ahead of the 2016 CHAN.
“Oliseh is fully recovered now. We met him at the hotel on our arrival and he started training the team today (Sunday),” Tijjani Babangida revealed.The Eagles will play against Angola in a friendly game on Wednesday, before they take on Ivory Coast on the 11th of January.  |

 Just few days after a white woman released photos claiming she has two children for Super Eagles player Ideye Brown, his wife and mother of his sons, Damka Ideye took to her Instagram page to react to the report. According to her, if the lady has prove Ideye fathered her child only then can she come forward. Read what she wrote below: “Dear All, my attention was drawn to this account on IG,which has for the last few weeks been used for the single purpose of discrediting me and my family. The acct claims my husband has 2 children he fathered in Kiev,Ukraine. It claims the boy is 3 years old and alleges ‘my husband hasn’t come to see him’ hence, the campaign.Then goes on to claim they have a girl together who just turned 1 on Dec 20th,2015, which apparently also,he’s yet to ‘see’ Hmmmm..�� If there is a legitimate claim,am sure this beautiful,educated,social media savvy person,would have long taken a legal approach…I share this because perhaps they will also attempt to contact some of our good friends to further whatever agenda they have, also, because I’ve spent a good part of my adult life so far,advocating for people’s rights and educating my peers, and younger people to never stay SILENT in the face of any form of bullying or harassment and therefore will not shy away from doing same for myself. Where there are blessings, there are also curses lingering to weave their way in, if you allow it.  Yesterday, rapper Vector responded to Ycee’s diss on his Instagram page. The rapper posted a selfie he took with rappers Olamide and Reminisce who were also nominated for the Headies 2015 Best Rap Single. The ‘King Kong’ singer accompanied it with the words, “The thought to share the moment with fellow nominated hard workers (@baddosnehand@iamreminisce in the review year,” Vector wrote. “(Shouts to @illblisstheboss and@iamlord_tr for holding up rap too). The pic isn’t the best (lol). But the moment was real.”And then he had words for those hating on him. Though he didn’t name names, most everybody knows there was just one ‘hater’ who dissed him during his performance at the award event – the ‘Jagaban’ rapper, Ycee. According to Vector, “I’m not the type to be against the progress of the movement so let all the hating miss me with the bullshit,” Vector concluded his post, adding, “#greatness is greatness and let #God take all the #glory”.Ycee had earlier on taken to his Instagram page to mock Vector’s freestyle, adding that “Punchline no be by force!”, but Vector’s fans dragged him all over Twitter and Instagram.  |
