In the beginning at the Creation, whenever God created anything, He
hailed himself and on the sixth day, after creating Man, He increased
the praise when He said "This is very good".
As His child, whenever
you noticed that nobody around you is ready to commend you, go ahead and
borrow a leaf from Him by hailing yourself. it is never a sin.
