4 Simple Steps to Overcome Every Problem

Mark 4:39-41 He got up, rebuked the wind and said to the waves, “Quiet! Be still!” Then the wind died down and it was completely calm. He said to his disciples, “Why are you so afraid? Do you still have no faith?” They were terrified and asked each other, “Who is this? Even the wind and the waves obey him!”

The disciples of Jesus Christ were scared to death of a storm, Jesus was expecting them to use their faith to calm the storm but He was disappointed that this was not done. 

He spoke to the storm, just three words; "Quiet! Be still!" and that was the end of the ravaging storm. He turned to the disciples and asked "Why are you so afraid? Do you still have faith?"

As Christians, we have being given the authority to speak against whatever storm that surfaces in our lives and asking God to calm the storm for us is foolishness and no result will be given. 

Jesus said, "Look, I have given you authority over all the power of the enemy, and you can walk among snakes and scorpions and crush them. Nothing will injure you." (Luke 10:19). The prophecy was in Psalm 91:13 "You will tread upon the lion and cobra, The young lion and the serpent you will trample down".

Romans 16:20 And the God of peace shall bruise Satan under your feet shortly. …

Not only that, Jesus even gave us the power of attorney to use His name. What else do you need?
"And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover" (Mark 16:17&18).

 He asked us to speak against whatever problem that comes our way instead of crying to Him! All we need is faith and positive confession of whatever we desire. 

^"For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.
Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them".
How to overcome every problem of life:
1. Have faith in God
2. Refused to be intimidated by the problem.
3. Know the promise of God concerning that situation.
4. Borrow from Jesus by speaking the Word to the situation. For example, if you are sick in your body, say, "He himself too away my infirmity and bare my sickness, by His stripes I am healed" or be saying, "It is well with my body, soul and spirit in Jesus name."
If there is a need in your life, be saying, " My God shall supply all my needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus. My needs are met by God. My heavens are opened. The Great Shepherd is supply all my needs"
Don't change your confession until you get the result. However, this can only be done for those who are in Christ Jesus. If you tried it when you are not a believer in Him, you are just wasting your time. 
To become a Child of God, simply pray this prayer, "I am a sinner. But Jesus has paid the price for my sins. I accept Jesus as my Lord and Saviour. Satan, I have nothing to do with you again. God, write my name in the Book of Life and make me yours forever. Holy Spirit, take over the management of my life in Jesus name. Amen."
