Iconic Juju singer Chief Sunday Adegeye better known as  King Sunny Ade (KSA) has floated a radio station named M&C radio with frequency modulation 106.5.
The influential Nigerian music hit maker set up the broadcast house in his hometown Ondo State. with Governor of Ondo state Segun Mimiko advising the management of the station to work together as one for the benefit of Ondo people.

KSA is not the first veteran musician to achieve this feat. About three years ago, Yinka Ayefele established Fresh FM in Ibadan.

One of the wives of late OJB Jezreel, Ama who is trying to come to terms with the death of her beloved husband has taken to social media to pen a heartfelt tribute to the father of her children.
She wrote;
“With a grateful heart to GOD…with praises on my lips…and thanks in my heart i thank God for the life of my Husband Babatunde Okungbowa aka OJB JEZREEL. You sang and said so much about the day you would leave this world,u had no fear of death or pain, all u held onto was your love for God,ur love for your children…its a love that kept you breathing day and night, u never lost your faith in the Lord. you died a believer u died a true Christian…so i cry tears of joy for you,joy that the pain that made days horrible..the pain that made nights a torture are over.
LET NO MAN TAKE GOD’S GLORY FOR YOUR LIFE…every day u lived was by the GRACE AND MERCY OF GOD,not by money,not by drugs,not by doctors,as no one could explain how your survived all the attacks and several health issues that came your way.your beautiful story will be told darling,your pure heart and endless love will see us thru losing you my love. Thank you my love for giving me the best years i have ever known,3 amazing sons that radiate your love and all u taught them..its been hard baby…it hurts baby..we want u back but your sons said ”my daddy is in heaven mummy don’t cry” daddy is no longer in pain so mummy pls don’t cry”.

Popular actress, Iyabo Ojo has said that Nigerian celebrities seem to lose their marriages because they choose the wrong partners with whom they plan to spend the rest of their lives.
In a new interview with HipTV, the movie star and entrepreneur talked about how easy it is to fall out of a marriage simply because one chooses the wrong partner adding this applies to everyone and not just celebrities alone. According to her, only a man with patience can settle down with a celebrity.

The family of late Nigerian music producer and artiste, Babatunde Okungbowa aka  OJB Jezreel who passed on Tuesday, June 14, 2016 have revealed details of the late singer’s burial activities.
OJB’s final burial rites will commence on July 4, 2016, which is the day he would have turned 50.
Via a statement signed by his brother, Apostle Albert Okungbowa, the family stated that the ceremony will kick off with a candle light procession on Monday July 4, 2016 from 5pm at his residence 4, Gbaja street, Surulere, Lagos.
The respected music maker who was credited for the success of many top Nigerian artistes today including Wizkid and 2Face battled with kidney problems since 2013 until he passed away this month.

His body has already been deposited in Farewell Funeral Homes, Isolo.
He is survived by his father, Chief Anthony Okungbowa(Arase of Agbor); siblings, Mrs.Theresa Ebunola Gamba(USA), Mr. Cornelius Archibong(England), Mr. Albert Okungbowa(USA), Mr. Anthony Okungbowa, Marvin Okungbowa, Bose Ajila Okungbowa, Joseph Okungbowa; wives, Mabel Babatunde Okungbowa, June Okungbowa, Korede Okungbowa and eight children.
