FalzSince leaving the law sector and becoming an entertainer, rapper/actor, Falz the bahd guy, has continued to be one of the most successful and bankable Nigerian acts.
In a recent interview with Punch, the award winning actor speaks about his relationship status and the kind of girl that appeals to him.
When asked about his relationship status. he said:
“In terms of relationship matter, I want to keep that one aside for now because relationship can be a source of distraction. When somebody loves a woman so much, he may abandon his work and I don’t want that to be the story of my life. So when it comes to relationships, I am still single and I don’t currently have anybody. That does not mean that I am not searching or I am not ready to mingle with single ladies. We can still mingle and have some fun together; who knows somebody may just capture my heart. So I may be over here saying I’m not searching, and somebody may be out there planning to win my heart and by the time they capture me, I will become love struck. What can I do when it happens?” he queried.
When asked to describe his ideal woman, here is what Falz said:
“To be completely honest, I am not too keen when it comes to the lady’s physique but I like someone who is very intelligent and has a wonderful sense of humour. These are the things I really look out for in a woman. But in terms of preference generally, I think I like the light-skinned girls but this doesn’t mean that there is no hope for dark-skinned girls and it doesn’t mean that you should go and bleach.”

The Lekki Gardens MD, Richard Nyong and his contractor have been detained in police custody for 30 days, pending investigation into the building collapse which killed over 20 people.
This has now brought to light the fact that a similar experience of a building collapse and with even much more fatality of 100 people dying involving Prophet TB Joshua did not lead to an arrest or even a court appearance.
Cool FM’s Freeze, has voiced his very interesting opinion about the matter below:
”What really is Justice???
I have no qualms seeing a young man who committed a crime pay for that crime. Life is sad, before Richard came along, you could not dream of buying a house in LEKKI for 20million naira, his dream was to make choice housing affordable and available. Somewhere down the line mistakes were made and lives were lost! And yes I agree…… Someone must pay!
Now my questions; Why is he in handcuffs and remanded in prison when that ‘prophet’ whose building collapsed and killed more people than Ebola, Lassa fever and this alleged ‘LEKKI gardens’ put together is walking free??? Why is that prophet not in handcuffs too??? It was even alleged, that he didn’t show up in court the last time the courts sat. Is this true??? If it is true, then why is Richard ‘remanded’ in prison while Mr prophet ‘comes from home’??? Is there a special court for ‘prophets’ or do we have special ‘laws’ for them???
Is our government afraid of prophets???
Are the people who lost their lives in the Church less valuable than the people who lost their lives in the LEKKI Gardens saga?
My humble advice: Richard should be released to go home and attend hearings from home like the ‘prophet’. Or the ‘prophet’ should be picked up, handcuffed and locked in the same cell with Richard while he attends trial!
Or does the change we voted for include turning Nigeria into the African version of George Orwell’s ‘Animal Farm’, where “All animals are equal, but some are more equal than others?”
I might not know law and justice, but I definitely know injustice!
I appeal to everyone to lend their voice to this and ensure we have ‘JUSTICE FOR ALL’
Please retweet this hashtag untill we are heard! #Justice4A”

ibinabo-fiberesima-602x400
AGN President Ibinabo Fiberesima’s appeal has been dismissed by the Court of Appeal.
The Court of Appeal in Lagos dismissed the appeal filed by the actress which challenged Lagos High Court judgement sentencing her to five years in prison for the death of Dr. Giwa Suraj.
The Court of Appeal had reserved ruling on the appeal filed by the actress In January because she was not in attendance.
According to The Nation, Ibinabo was initially given a fine of N100,000 by Chief magistrate O.A Isaacs for her reckless driving in Lekki, Lagos, which led to the death of a doctor, Giwa Suraj in 2006. But the Lagos State Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice, Olasupo Sasore (SAN), was unsatisfied with the judgement and appealed it at the Lagos High Court.
The actress was then slammed with a five-year sentence which she challenged at the Court of Appeal, asking that they revert to the Magistrate Court ruling.
Today, the appellate court dismissed her appeal and affirmed the High Court’s judgment. The Nation reports that the unanimous decision was delivered by Justice Jamilu Yammama Tukur, adding that the Magistrate Court lacked the jurisdiction to grant Ibinabo an option of fine.
The former beauty queen today burst into tears as the judgement was read, and her lawyer Nnaemeka Amaechina, said that today’s ruling will be challenged at the Supreme Court, that a Notice of Appeal had already been filed.
