Ghanaian
actress, Yvonne Nelson has revealed that she is unsure whether she can
ever forgive her father for leaving her in the past.
The actress has said in previous
interviews that her father was absent during her childhood, hence she
was raised by her single mother.
In a recent interview with Punch,
Nelson said, “My mother raised me single-handedly and she means the
world to me. I am the last child and I have three siblings. She saw me
through school and till date, she calls and checks up on me on a regular
basis because she is concerned about my welfare. She is like my friend
and I even call her Charlie,” she added.
On her relationship with her dad, the
sexy actress said; “My dad was not a part of my life because he wasn’t
there for me. So, I almost do not say anything about him because there
is no relationship or love between us.
“My dad is like any other person out
there because I didn’t have a chance to develop a relationship with him.
We have each other’s phone numbers and he calls me when he feels like
talking to me. It always feels like talking to a random person because
there are absolutely no feelings whatsoever.”
When asked if she would ever let her dad
off the hook for being an absentee father, Yvonne said, “Sometimes our
society makes it hard for us to talk about things like this. But, it’s
my story and I don’t have any other way to say it and I don’t want to
sugar-coat it. I don’t know, I may never. He was never a part of my life
and it is quiet unfortunate.
“We actually have an ‘okay’ relationship
and it’s not like I won’t talk to him if I see him today; but it ends
there because we do not have a relationship.

Taraji who plays the
role of Cookie Lyon in Empire started following Wizkid on Instagram

 The crisis which rocked Tiwa Savage’s marriage to TeeBillz made most celebrities become marriage counselors overnight. Many of them were trying to make the duo come back together as man and wife, while others were pointing out what might have caused their marriage to break up. It is a husband and wife who takes turns being strong for each other in the moments when the other feels weak” 2 CHARLY BOY The area father expressed his disappointment in the couple, stating that he did not expect them to wash their dirty linen in public. Yesterday, HKN/Sony artiste, Davido threw
a star-studded first birthday party for his little girl, Imade and the
likes of Pe-Square’s Peter Okoye and Tiwa Savage also brought their kids
to felicitate with the singer.
During a dance competition that was held,
Peter Okoye’s son, Cameron stole the show as he showed off
his amazing dance skills swaying to Silento’s Watch Me Whip.
The young boy proved he is truly his father’s son as he beat other
contestants to emerge the dance champion of the night along with Julius

Ghollywood actress and singer Juliet Ibrahim stepped
out yesterday Sunday, 15th of May in a lovely Agbada outfit to attend a
number of events in Lagos. It was put together by Nigerian designer Seyi Aina of Aven Outfit Concept.
The stunning bombshell rocked her outfit to both the Kiss Daniel “New Era”album launch and the City Scoop Magazine launch.
