The story of Olatoya Abdullahi is one
that has resonated across the nation going viral in just a few days. For
those who are unaware, Olatoya is the dashing young man who got tired
of being unemployed and decided to hit the streets of Abeokuta cleaning
windscreens in dapper suits.
His photos, taken by Nigerian
photographer, Daniel Sync, went viral days ago and drew the attention of
designer and celebrity stylist, Uche Nnaji who employed him and made
him one of his ‘Style Doctors’.
The innovative Olatoya has now been
featured on CNN who spotted him and decided to share his story. Speaking
his decision to start the squeegee job, the university drop-out told
CNN, “I didn’t want to be wandering the streets doing nothing”. When asked why he chose to dress up for the job, he said he wanted people to know that he was ‘serious about his work’.
He explained that he engaged in the job to make some money so he could return to school and finish his studies.
Speaking on why he hired Olatoya, Uche Nnaji, CEO of OUCH had this to say:
“I have a team of young people that I call style doctors. When I
saw him I thought this person is someone that likes looking good and can
style others.I saw attitude in him and thought if this man is doing this just to go and wash cars, he is someone that will work with a different mindset even if he’s doing the least popular job in the company.”  |

I WOKE up to see this image and wondering…How can a young-man make an
effort to DRESS this way to CLEAN car windshield in TRAFFIC and be LEFT
to continue with this? ..God Forbid Bad Thing . 7 Reasons why this Man
deserve a JOB at OUCH… 1: He made an effort to DRESS better than his
present SITUATION shows/tells me that this is a Man with a VISION who

in Life.but he decided to MAKE A MOVE and get his hands BUSY #7: For a
bit I thought about what SOME people may say about this Gesture , but I
quickly realized that even JobSEEKERs and those who have NEVER added
VALUE TO SOCIETY or another human LIFE would ALWAYS talk as they NEVER
see the brighter side of things…So let them TALK… PLEASE All I want is
